I don't think PASM is something that we either want to keep or improve.
PASM is already not a usable programming interface for Parrot, and it
doesn't even really serve well in it's capacity as the language to use for
bytecode disassembly or debugging. We do not need to improve documentation
for a programming language we don't use and don't want people to use.
I suggest that we merge any design information about PASM into the design
documents for PIR and close this ticket. Or, better yet, we delete PDD06
outright and close this ticket.
