I'm rejecting this. PASM hasn't lived up to its original goals and
doesn't have any future apart from our backwards-compatibility support
requirements. We'll try to make sure that existing PASM code continues to
work, but nobody should be writing any new PASM. Documenting it further
isn't the best use of scarce developer tuits.
