It sounds like pull requests vs. patches is a point that could use some
discussion. I much prefer github pull requests and would like to see us
make better use of them. I'll make sure to bring this up at the next #ps.
I've given some feedback as part of the pull request. For the record,
it's at https://github.com/parrot/parrot/pull/129 .
