On my Debian 7 VM I edited tests/t0251-gpt-unicode.sh to change from en_US.UTF-8 to C.UTF-8.
Then I switched to the root user and ran the following two commands: # modprobe scsi_debug # make check This time the test for t0251-gpt-unicode passes. :-)
