This is actually a good time to bring this up with your provider. It allows you to show your concern, gives your provider time to review and resolve any issues and time for you to move elsewhere should they not be able to resolve your concerns. (as part of full disclosure I work for a hosting provider with space in London and we are having that discussion now, so thanks MWD for reminding us)
