Adrian,

You sir, appear to need either:

a. A road trip with a good buddy to do something recreational (hike? ski?
swim? hunt? gun range? ...)
b. a vacation (min. 2 days) in a completely different environment
c. volunteer to help someone out who's been asking for help
d. think of one of the trolls you mentioned recently, and imagine yourself
kicking the crap out of them :-)

Any of the above might help take your mind off its usual focus and give it
a rest from current projects. Otherwise, as someone mentioned, give your
self a 30 minute project and see if you get engrossed. If not, try one of
the above. The problem with any 'enhancers' is the temptation to think you
need them to get things done.

Just my 1 cent, FWIW
