It's not healthy from a mental or physical stand point to run at 100% all the 
time. You can do it for a short period of time but you'll completely burn out 
and wind up making pottery as a profession. if you want to be a long term 
person, you'll have to pace yourself. Think of it as interval training when 
doing cardio: the biggest improvements come from varied intensity. 

Take some time for yourself. You'll come back with a new spark.
