Hi Robin, Advanced fee fraud is usually I overpaid in branch on a dud cheque from another bank. Can you refund me the difference.
Carlson got signed up to a charity direct debit. He admitted he was wrong. Frank Abignail not sure of spelling wrote a great book on all this. Covers a wide gambit of fraud.
