Mr. Mphahlele and Mr. Pooe

Is this the best you could contribute on behalf of PAC?The best you
could have done, honestly is to spare everyone concerned the
embarassment and SHUT UP.It is only two weeks into the new year and you
just don't fail to dissapoint.Did you find it compulsory to "comment" on
this issue, because quite frankly you could have just let it pass if you
did not have anything better to say.Did you have to stoop so low, and in
process drag the PAC name along?

Firstly what is heartining about Zuma fighting his legal battles in the
courts of law?How absurd of you to suggest that courts were created to
deal with political conspiracies.Secondly, how poitically naive can one
be to think that any party in governanvce would look outside itself to
deploy office bearers, especially since the advent of 1994?One would
have been forgiven for thinking that he/she was reading a submission
from a typical political party (be it DA,ACDP,FF+ etc) when reading this
empty and far-below mediocre submission.Definately devoid of the
quality, substance and marrow that the PAC is known for.The question
whether is this the best you could contribute is inescapable.Sticking
your nose in the affiars of the ruling party, albeit unnecesarily, does
not and will not change the fortunes of the beleagured and disgraced
PAC.I by no means suggest ignorance and being passive, but agree with me
that instead of this politically bankrupt and fallacious garbbage,
Silence would be the best policy.

The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania firmly believes in the principle
that says: a person is innocent until proven otherwise by the court of
law. This principle must apply to every citizen, including the President
of the ruling Party, Mr Jacob Zuma.

So far it is heartening that Mr Zuma is fighting his legal battles in
the
courts of law, where all legal contestations must take place. It is an
anomaly to address corruption charges outside the courts. Our
position effectively rules out a political solution as envisaged by some
irresponsible individuals and political organisations. If ever there has
been political conspiracy, that's what courts were created for, to sift
the grain of evidence from the chaff of wild allegations.

We strongly reprimand the ruling Party for deploying its cadres in the
civil service, especially the judiciary. This practice is profoundly
flawed and has the potential to destabilise the country. If Bulelani
Ngcuka was not a Party deployee in the NPA, no one would be accusing him
today of
pursuing the interests of a certain faction within the ruling Party. The
ruling Party as a whole has abused state institutions through sectional
and sectarian cadre deployment in the civil service. It has created the
untenable situation where Party stewards' salaries are paid by the tax
payer, not the Party they belong to. The PAC will abolish this corrupt
practice.
