Uhuru! I have to come out and clarify my position on PAYCO's NEC descion and I encourage others to do the same silent diplomacy won't work on this forum.
I second the position that was taken by the NEC of PAYCO,This is a principled position and it needs to be further consolidated at PAYCO National conference.In Kliptown we had already implemented it during January 28 by elections.I refused to stand as Letlapas PAC ward 19 candidate,I told them that they can't refuse me entry at party Congress claiming that Iam not a member of party but at same time nominate me to represent party at public office.There is a confusion within the Letlapa leadership. I will remain a dedicated and disciplined cadre of the movement.
