The decision not to participate in elections is not only irresponsible and naive but also amounts the betrayal of the very same revolutionery course we as Africanist continue to wage against neoliberal and capitalist regime of the ruling party....How do you engage in a programme to discourage people from voting? Lets say Letlapa is removed tomorrow, what do you do, do you go back and review your decision thus circulating a memo retracting or revoking your decision.....
