Izwe Lethu!

I have been lobbied by some of carrerist of the then defunct "So Called
PAYCO" to also boycott the next coming elections,LOL.

I decided to make research about impact and contribution of Youth
Structures with regard to growing the PAC.I came across AZANYU was the
most instrumental youth structure that played a pivotal role in ensuring
that PAC still exist todate. In late 80's it mobilised and ensured that The
Lion of Azania became the president of th Party 2.It ensured that it
recruits as many memebers as possible to join APLA to fight for liberation
fo this country and 3. It played a major role in establishing and aligning
NACTU to the PAC.But because change is inevitable there was a time when
cdes when it proposed that AZANYU must changed to what became PAYCO in
1997 if im not mistaken.

PAYCO, I came across cde Buso who aactually knew his role and his
opponents and was vocal in the Eastern cape and exposing numerous scandals
that were carried over by the Youth commission and wanted the
establishment of youth Department. And later there was Mashao who limited
his focus on fifghting for needs and rights of people of this but mainly
focus on the PAC leadership by organising to overthrow president of the
PAC rather than organising march to create more jobs for the youth
impoverished youth of this country. Then came Sbu with his philosophy of
not first organising the within to ensure that we at same time at par with
the unfoldings on the continent and he also exhausted his time in office
looking for his friend to be the leader of the PAC. Then ultimately
Hulisani (Julius Malelma) Mmbara who even cared less about implementing
the PROGRAMME OF aCTION of PAYCO if NINAYO PHOFU!He did not hesitate and
went straight to PAC leadership without doing introspection first coz most
members of NEC of PAYCO were not happy with Puppet like style of
leadership and dictatorial manipulated by Sbu.

The problem that people have with Cde Letlapa mphahlele came immediately
after Qwaqwa coz people were unhappy because they prefered leader was
successful be that as it may we tried to harmonise the situation here in
the EC with Cdes such PASIKA Nontshiza,Komsana Nkruma,Mavume etc who were
not happy with the results of Qwaqwa but they kept on campaigning againist
the PAC and it was worse when Godi left they even went to an extent of
blaiming Cde Letlapa and that was ridiculous but we knew they wanted
everthing at their disposal to discredit him but unfortunately most of us
were not and we still not.

But my input is that we apply our tools of analysis correct and misguide
each other by wrongly implement the basic documents of Party using
emotions rather common sense.I have been engaging with people who doesn't
want Cde Letlapa to President and the common reason is that he doesnt have
leadership skills and some other material reaasons that were said cde
Nonceba that he doesnt dress nice which is mere pity reason and i've asked
them if he can decide to step down tomorrow then who would they prefer to
president and I mean improptu!

PAYCO doesnt not exist in the EC you can go each and township and village
and ask about youth structures or mention PAYCO it is simply not known
because its leaders are aloof at national level their focus is on who is
leading the PAC and keep on looking for his mistakes and go to media and
make noise ANCYL of MALEMARRORIST.DO YOU THINK PAYCO IS STILL A RELEVANT
YOUTH STRUCTURE THAT MIRRORS THE DISTITUDE MASSES AND YOUTH AZANIA?If yes
what has PAYCO done for the LAtter.

We need a youth structure that people will be able to align with the PAC
and PASMA as these remain the vibrant and known structures nationwide and
across the continent. A structure that will be an alternative to the ANCYL
that has no morals and respect for the elders like Cde HULISANI.

I pause for now!
