Can we do introspection to ourselves as PAYCO? First we need to ask ourselves does PAYCO exist as a structure? If yes where? But if no why? Secondly how many member do we have? How do make it a structure that is relevant to young people of today? Which programmes do we have for them? Please get me correct here I'm not endorsing the so called "youth league" of PAC. It is wrong for people to change names without consulting the youth structure about it.
