It serves no purpose for the Africans to debate about the existence of PAYCO without getting their facts right.When I left PAYCO to serve in the PEC of the PAC, PAYCO was having not less that thirty functional and mass based branches in Limpopo. I therefore urge my fellow Africanist to call every media institution in Limpopo and ask them to list PAYCO Leadership, without any diappointment you will be assisted and also be given direction if you want to visit them. In Limpopo PAYCO is the only genuine and vibrant youth structure that challenges the government on litany of broken promises and collapsed infrastructure.Last year PAYCO in conjunction with the office of the PAYCO Political Commissar hosted PAC President Letlapa Mphahlele at Rally, Frank Mashile High School where more than forty branches of the PAYCO ATTENDED. Latest information that should also reach this ignorant comrade is the march organised by PAYCO in Limpopo that will unfold soon to SABC early.
