Revolutionary Greetings, The Pan Africanist Youth Congress of Azania remains committed to its IOTA programme whose sole objective is to Build PAC to be a viable and Monolethic socialist party ready to take over the reigns of running the country over the next 10 years. IOTA is founded on the following key objectives: 1.To Build and groom a radical leadership that can lead both our revolutionary party and the country as a whole. 2.Develop a programme of action for the total take-over 3.To pursue a Leftist socialist Agenda 4.To contest real power(state power) 5.To bild an alliance of leftist parties 6.To provide a politically conscious and youthful leadership in our revolutionary party PAYCO remains convinced that the PAC would not be able to achieve its historic mission under the leadership of a visionless and politically bankrupt Letlapa Mphahlele and his verandah boys. We remain convinced that Mphahlele must leave, and allow us an opportunity to build a party that is not ashamed to Take Over State power. Comrades you are called upon to engage in a debate aimed at preparing the PAC to Take-Over in the next 10 years. Payco is not interested in petty issues that are not assisting our IOTA Programme of Action. We expect sober-minded Pan Africanist who are liberated from herowoshipping individuals and blind loyalty. We have made-up our minds,we would Take-Over PAC before 2012 and GO for State Power,there is no way we can be convinced or influenced otherwise.
