Revolutionary Greetings!

I respond to cde Jackie Seroke's Call for the Pan Africanist Gathering.
The call is noted and accepted by the Pan Africanist Youth Congress of
Azania. We also appreciate and accept the challenge of compiling and
presenting a position paper on the state of the party and proposing a
lasting solution.

Unity of purpose: As we have been indicating consistently that our call is
for unity of purpose,we are prepared to work tirelessly with all those who
seek to save PAC from destruction and work for the rebuilding of our
revolutionary party. We would work with all those who stand for the
following:
a.. The ousting of Letlapa Mphahlele as the President of the PAC b.. The
return of the constitutional order
c.. The recognition of party strucures
d.. Promotion of the culture of robust debate
e.. Restructuring and repositioning of the Party
  f.. Progressive and youthful leadership
  g.. Challange the ruling party
  h.. Leftist Agenda
  i.. Build a mass-based PAC
  j.. Robust and radical party
  k.. Programmes driven party
  l.. Streetwise party
  m.. United and dynamic party
n.. Clearly defined Programme of Action
  o.. Relevant policy positios
We believe our party can be immuned in its current challenges and
squabbles if we can concentrate on a clearly defined programme of
action, hence our call for the unity of purpose.

Why Mphahlele Must Go?
I know a lot of Africanist don't need any reasons for Mphahlele to go as
those are obvious to the naked eye. But I think it is appropriate to site
some for information purposes and to be politically correct:

a.. Mphahlele failed on his original mandate to unite the party, but he
has fueled conflicts and widened divisions within the party. b..
Mphahlele promotes factionalism as opposed to Pan Africanism and party
cehesion c.. Mphahlele Undermines party constitution and disregard party
norms and traditions d.. Mphahlele has reneged from our pan africanist
position, hence the confused position on Zimbabwe e.. Mphahlele is
dictactorial and unti-unity against PAC culture of collective leadership
and democratic centralism. f.. Mphahlele does not want a winning PAC,he
is an embodiment of failure and poor perfomance. g.. Under Mphahlele the
party has become a laughing stork in the political Arena. h.. Mphahlele
lacks vision and cannot lead the party out of this quagmire i..
Mphahlele failed to meet his own 20% target on the 2009 General
Elections, infact he could not meet even the threshold of 55000 votes
nationally. PAC got one seat in what is termed the generocity of the
electoral system.
I don't think its wise to continue tabulating all the failures as they are
known by all who cares to know. The sooner Mphahlele goes the better.

Call on PAC veterans and stalwarts to reign on Mphahlele

History calls upon PAC stalwarts and veterans to stand up and speak reason
to Mphahlele and his crew. As the youth of this movement and many
generations to come would describe you as traitors to our cause for
resting on your laurels and allowing Mphahlele to undo all the great work
you have done over the last four decades. We would spit on your graves for
allowing counter-revolutionary elements to hijack our revolutionary
movement and destroy it with ease. PAYCO calls upon veterans and stalwarts
of our movement to rise to the occassion and join hands with progressive
forces to defend and rebuild our movement. We call upon you to speak out
against Mphahlele and his ant-PAC tendencies. Zinkokheli nani maQhawe

KoShaka,KoHintsa,KoMoshweshwe,KoSobukwe,KoLembede,KoMthopeng,Sabelo
Phama,KoMasemola,KoNgendane,KomaDzunya nabanye that you have betrayed the
movement of our people and their legacy. History would judge you
harshly, this is the promise not a threat.

PAYCO is ready to join hands with all progressive forces in an effort to
rebould and reposition PAC. There are only two side in this battle, its
either you are with progressive forces as represented by PAYCO,APLAMVA,
Jackie Serobe(converner of the Pan Africanist upcoming gathering) and many
other progressive forces versus the anarchist and counter-revolutionaries
as represented by Mphahlele,Skhwatsha and Mudhini. There is no middle
road. It either you are with us or against us,you can't be neutral.

The struggle continues!
