Please note that the earlier e-mail contains a copy of the NOTICE OF MOTION and accordingly all the prayers 1-7 have been granted. A Court Order, which we do not have as yet, would contain all the prayers 1-7 (to be referred to as orders in the Court Order) as granted by the court. What is important is that Dr. Pheko is now reinstated as a member of the Party (Prayer 2 and 4) and the old constitution of the Party is equally reinstated (Prayer 5). Izwe Lethu!
