Ma Afrika This is the kind of possitive response we were looking for, this simply means submissions for leadership must start rolling in, and names of candidates who wishes to be part of the NEC may be put forward to the S.G. this will enable us to have a healthy democratic process, when we get to congress we need to have at least more than one candidate contesting for a position, and deligates will then have a choice of who they want to elect to a position in the NEC. This is not a final list, it only says that the lines are open for constituencies to nominate their candidates to the PAYCO NEC. unlike the *former* president Letlapa this list is not being impossed on any one, if anyone feels strongly that some names should not be on that list, they are more than welcome to submitt a list of their choice without any name calling to fellow comrades, because I personally feel that there are members of the NEC who have contributed their time, effort and money to make sure that PAYCO meets its target as far as their POA is concerned. There is no need to discuss the "list" on this platform, be patient we are heading for congress end of October and the NEC will be in a position to account and delibarate on issues raised, the constitutional amendments and policy duscussions will be carried out as soon as they are posted, for now lets work hard in making sure that the next NEC will be a credible and gender balanced one.
