Greetings son of the soil, I am glad that we belong in a party where an individual must surbodinate himselh/herself to the organisation not the otherway round,if you are a PASMA member you are duty bound to implement Congress decision whether you originally agreed or disagreed with, it as is now PASMA's decision. We should understand that PAYCO and PASMA are not competitors we are the product of one,but one party PAC and we all ought to work for the success of each other. Mind you the students you boast about are youth that comes from the very rural areas and locations that you think we should go and recruit into. I hope you are not being sarcastic if you make reference to recruiting youth in rural areas, becuase that would mean we still have a serious task to conscientise you.
If we can succeed to recruit and conscientise youth in institutions of Higher learning, then the task of recruiting and conscientising youth in rural areas would be much easier as we would have foot soldiers in the affected areas they come from. If we are all concerned about PASMA members who gets lost after graduating it is critical that we ensure that there is proper transition from PASMA to PAYCO while students are at school. We would be working together to fight students and youth battles, this would really make us stronger and effective in all spheres of operation. We should together fight any element of arrogance in the party as it is counter revolutionary. PASMA is not better that PAYCO,and PAYCO cannot be better than PASMA, as we are all party of one monolethic PAC. Let's assist each other to fight our common battles and to build a mass based PAC. We must together reject the Big Brother and Better resourced Brother attitude. PASMA programmes cannot exist outside PAC,the same goes for PAYCO, hence we've concentrated all our efforts to building a strong PAC.
