Dear Tumelo

I hope you are not going to threaten me when i raise my opinion on PAC
leadership vs court rulling on forthare congress. I am not a lawyer by
profession but my understanding on these issue is, Dr M. Pheko fought for his
rights to be member of PAC and I believe that he is loyal to our movement more
than any of us. He was the only sole voice of PAC in Parliament when other
members chose to desert the PAC. Pheko`s contributions to these party needs to
be acknowledge in regardless of the flaws that he made. But my worry Mafrika
Tumelo is people whom advocated the expulsion of these noble son of the soil
are doing the same thing. There is a lack of accountability in the leadership
of PAC and misapproprate of funds and it does not take us anywhere. I fully
agrees with you when you said you have a Plan to revive our movement but where
do you want to table that plan, under the tree in khutsong or somewhere in
shebeen over glass of beer. BIG NO!!
anything that affect the destiny of afrika must be discussed by africans,
thats what African  Nationalism teaches us" to take control of our own cmmunity
politics"... Malcom X. Much as we respect the leadership of PAC, we should also
respect the constitution that govern us.therefore I`m appealing to you that you
should advise the leadership to call AGM and I promise commander we
won`t outvote them. we want to raise these pressing issues constructively in a
constitutional platform.

I remain loyal member of PAC and as PASMA graduate I chose to be active in
PAYCO as the only youth structure of PAC.

Izwe Lethu!

Comrade Tumelo your atterances have revived my hope that there are still
comrades out there who can stop at nothing to revive the spirit of this
organisation. Azanian grounds are very much fertile for the socialist
revolution. If only we can redirect our energies to building this organisation
and give our toiling masses hope that under the leadership of PAC and the
banner of Pan Africanism our massess can breath the final sigh of releaf for
the realisation of our revolution. Payco we share your frastration but cannot
support your contineous disregard of the leadership of this organisation. I
don't think a child can bear itself and care for itself until it become a grown
person. A child needs a mother and a father support and guidence. Let PAC be
our mother and father. Only through this relationship our revolution will be
attained. Payco comrades need to know that they are not the only ones who sees
wrongs in our movement. We all share this bitter
feelings but that does not give us a permision to swear and disregard our
leadership. Whatever you think you can attain on yourself will never be
realised. You will only vanish in the dust bin of history like we did in the
Revolutionary Watchdogs.

Long live PAC
Forward to a United Socialist Afrika

Sibusiso Xaba - I now address you.

Brother, I expect you to give a way forward to your boys and girls in Payco.
You are all approaching this issue mildly and honestly I do not admire that
slow motion I believe in action and I fully believe that comrade Sabelo Phama
would support me. I am a revolutionary and many victory under my belt can prove
me right.

For years now - you sing the same song and no results, what do you call that?
Time wasted will never be regain. I know there are lawyers and doctors in Payco
and right now your qualifications are not helping in fact they will never help
at all.

Kwame next time get to the point and stop somersaulting. I will not attend your
congress and I believe there should not be one. So why do not you all come to
khutsong on the day of your congress and we map out a way forwad.Law will tell
you that what you are doing is wrong and you still doing it, You do not have a
mother body how can say you go to congress but, hey ,Kwame you continue to do
it. Clearly you guys do not have good plans to help PAC recover, well I have
plans and if you do not stop what you are doing me and rightful thinking
Azanians will act very soon, ask Bafana and Ncebi they know what I can do, and
trust me we can do more and better thing than that.

I want to Speak to Matome, Sibusiso, Gen Fithla, Mr Ncukani, Kevin and Kwame.I
have a plan I need you to tell me yours.

I remain humble in the struggle to revive PAC, and I am prepared to face the
consequences even if it mean I should die.

If you feel the way I feel than lets act and stop talking. We talk too much and
there should be action, resolutions and decisions must be taken.

who agrees with me on this one? I say PAC was not formed in the Court of law so
no judge can help us, only ourselves.

To hell with the Motsoko Pheko ruling this is the guy hope contributed to our
down fall. Those who want to sit and wait for Jesus please step out of our way.

In three months PAC must be in good shape, Now lets work.

Pasma is a strong component a think unstudent must leave student politics to
student, Well done PASMA TUT, that what we need unity and fearlessness. Again
WELL DONE BOYS!!!

Azania is ours,Izwelethu

THE ILLUSION OF LOGIC IN WORKPLACE REMUNERATION FORMULA

Posted: 21 Sep 2009 05:00 AM PDT
http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/wordpress/ciBM/~3/hAePGd0wsdA/

Human capital experts tell the world that the payment structure in a workplace
is based on a logical formula consisting of complex variables namely the
function complexity, skill scarcity, skill criticality, undesirability, risk,
accountability and responsibility. It is rational expectation that the higher
the indicator on a variable the higher the compensation.
It is also sensible to conclude that work experience and academic
qualifications assist the recruiters to determine the best candidate for the
position. This skill and credential matrix is forwarded in sophisticated
microeconomic platforms as the foundation for the remuneration system.
The majority of workplace participants believe that the current remuneration
structure is natural. It is accepted as the only way to determine appropriate
remuneration. The corporate captains and industry bosses on the top of the
remuneration scale vow that they perform the most complex functions. They say
they possess the scarcest skills and hold the highly undesirable jobs. It is
their strong view that their position put them in the highest category of
health, emotional and physical risk. It is killing a sacred cow to question
superiority of accountability and responsibility levels of members at the top
of industry echelon. But is this myth really true?
There are many examples that can be used to illustrate unscientific design of
remuneration packages. It is highly tempting to pick secretarial and management
function but let's use technical jobs of a Cleaner and an Accountant as an
example. It is fascinating to put a public toilet Cleaner and an Accountant on
pay fairness scale using the stated logical matrix of human resource
management. The current unnatural remuneration structure is clear that the
Accountant must be paid many times over.
The function complexity index of a Cleaner indicate repetitiveness and
organising physical space while an Accountant is involved mainly in putting
figures into correct pigeon hole and using basic arithmetic of addition and
subtraction. There is high scarcity of Accountants, although a view is held
that many people do an accounting function very well, and Cleaners are highly
available. The scarcity of Accountants is created by professional body
governance of accounting profession whereas cleaners have no governance in
place.
The workplace cannot expect to survive without an accounting function. It will
mean financial chaos. Accounting is also a public function with huge impact on
internal and external stakeholder relationship. Thus this function is highly
critical. No organisation can do without a cleaning function.
The cleaning function has huge motivating factor to employees and set a tone
for external stakeholder's relationship. Most people will choose neither of two
jobs. When forced to choose, it is likely that accounting will find more
participants than cleaning. The functions are equally undesirable. The risk is
much higher for cleanliness, especially hygiene and health. The easy and
subjective measurements of the Cleaner's output reduce job security, thus
increasing risks factor.
Accountability and responsibility is generally assumed to tip on the side of
Accountants. This wide held assumption is also highly questionable.
Controller and owner of means of production will take the accountant view
extremely seriously. It is equally serious business for user of workplace
toilet to find it clean and ready. Cleaning is therefore also work with high
responsibility and accountability.
It is easy to make the same analysis that a Miner working underground should be
paid much higher than a Mine Manager on the surface. It is therefore rational
to conclude that the Cleaner and an Accountant should be paid the same for
equal unit of labour. The remuneration structure needs fundamental change. It
is not based on science but rather has its foundation on greed, immorality and
genuine abuse of power. Those paid to design organisations give themselves
higher compensation for no scientific reasons.
This illogical distribution of wealth that is inconsistent with creation of
value is the integral part of the capitalist system. The capitalist system is
based on parasitic relationship and sustained by artificial illusions.
