To converge in a dialogue and deliberate on how best can we advance the notion and strategies for an all-inclusive solution to PAC problems? 2. Develop comprehensive counter strategies towards the illegitimate PAC Congress called by the current PAC Regime. 3. To instigate a process of reviewing or developing, brainstorm on the PAC Programme of Action post the current quagmire and the organizational paralysis that is prevailing in the PAC. 4. To affirm and revitalize all branches, regionals and component structures which collapsed due to dictatorship which is deployed by the current PAC Regime.
