Greetings Comrade Nkrumah

I just wish this letter can be regarded as one unified appeal on behalf of
all regions, Branches and component structures of the PAC. This confused
confusion is discrediting our effort of increase our membership as people
on the ground are rightfully questioning our party standards and
programmes. Yes indeed, we are converted to a historical ceremonial events
with no proper guidance and Programme of Action due to this "Secrecy Bill"
(lack of transparency from NEC & President on POA and stinginess to share
minutes each meeting held by them ; and lack of visible leadership).

I wish this plea from your region to be treated as a loud appeal from all
members, followers and sympathizers of this giant organization, instead of
being regarded as Ntjantjarag region who like to steer unnecessary tension
and searching for attention.

We all need a coherent report on this matter at hand.

Regard
Mavela
