If you have the original CD you can re-rip all tracks into a single track by
selecting the tracks and then using function key 10.

The downside to this is that you won't be able to skip to next track when
playing the CD as it will be treated as a single track but maybe you could
use Soundforge or Goldwave to add Q points?
