Hello Lisa,

what you really want for converting CD's to MP3 is a converter programme
which will do the job in one hit for you. There are several of these around
and luckily, some good accessible ones. three that come to mind are Easy
CDA Extractor (about twenty dollars), CDEX (Free) and the one that I prefer
at the moment called AudioGrabber which is free.

If you do a google search for any of these, it should find them but any
problems at all, just give me a shout.

Steve.

Subject: converting audio cd to mp3 format.

Hi everyone,

I am beginning to learn about converting audio cd to mp3 format. I have the
following players: Windows Media Player version 9, Real One Player version
2, Winamp version 5, and Easy CD Creator version 6. I am using Windows Xp
Home with Jaws for Windows version 5. Can someone give me a step by step
instruction as to how to do it properly. Will I have to enter each
individual track, album, as well as artist and copyright information? I
noticed that Winamp and Real One Player gives me these type of information.
I am not certain of Windows Media Player.

I look forward to everyone's responses.
