Hi, shashi. I feel, as I'm sure everyone on this list does, that we're all 
supposed to help each other when audio problems arrise. as blind people, we 
need the audio on our computers much more than the average person, so we 
all share a common bond, therefore, we have to help each other out. If 
there's anything more I can help you with in regard to audio on your pc, 
I'll be more than glad to do so. If I can't, others on this list, I'm sure, 
would do the same. Take care.
