Chris. The best way to do this is by using one winamp to play music and the second
winamp to do the actual broadcast.

I have both winamp's set to not allow multiple instances. Set the shortcut so that
you add a /class= line after each winamp
so for example your first winamp used for playing would be:

c:\program files\winamp\winamp.exe /class=playing

This first winamp should not have any dsp effects and should only have the crossfader
installed.

Now have a second winamp put it in say winamp2 or what I use is "broadcasting Winamp"
so my shortcut looks like this:

c:\program files\broadcasting winamp\winamp.exe /class=broadcasting

Now, this winamp should have the stereo linerec input plugin installed in it as well
as the sam encoders and the audio
stalker limiter. When you start with winamp press control-l and type linerec:// in
the open url. don't forget the :// in
case your punctuation is turned off.

Now what is happening is everything your computer is outputting out through it's audio
assuming you are using what you hear
or mixer recording will be recorded by the linerec input plugin. this means, music,
open mic, etc will all be fed into that
plugin. that broadcasting winamp will then compress the audio as needed, mic, music,
etc, and broadcast it out over the
net.

Good luck and if you need any clarification please let me know.
