Cards and external devices that work in all parts of the world are

among others. I've used both Hauppauge and ATI cards, and find the
Hauppauge software quite accessible, with the ATI software, though not as
accessible as Hauppauge's product, still quite usable.

I doubt the card will work in the US, although perhaps it might in
conjunction with a sattelite receiver but I'm not sure. The UK price is 65
British Pounds.
