best accessible phone patch

Hi, I am totally blind and run an internet radio station on live365.com and 
was wanting to be able to use my telephone to record interviews and record 
them in sound forge but all I need is a phone tap device one end connects to 
the phone line on the phone jack and the other end connects to the line in 
jack on my computer so I can use my normal phone hand set to talk and do the 
interview, radioshack does not have anything like what I want that is why I 
am posting to this list for help I have looked everywhere and can't find 
anything.  bye
