I can't see any way round that problem if you're recording from software as the software speech uses the same audio channel as the Internet audio stream, only ways round this to my knowledge is either to use a hardware voice synthesizer or use 2 sound cards (have JFW coming out of one and the audio stream on the Internet out the other.)
Total Recorder can be configured to turn off all system sounds so that they will not be heard during recording (this is the default).
