it can.  If your sound card has the "what you hear" in the record section
under  volume control then you can record streams with gold wave

I'm curious though.  How come Sound Forge and Total Recorder can record
streams, but not GoldWave?
I don't mind using Sound Forge, or Total Recorder, but I'm just wondering
why GoldWave cant do the same thing.
