Hi Gary, To change the pitch of a file in Soundforge, press alt C for effects, and arrow up for pitch submenu; click on it. You can now arrow down for pitch shift, and hit enter. You are now ready to arrow down again at this point, where you will find a number of pitch shifted presets which you can choose from, but I usually skip these presets in favor of the semitone slider setting. To locate this semitone slider, just continue to tab several times until you get to the slider and click on it. You can arrow up or down for the pitch you prefer and hit enter.
