Kevin: I have tried what you suggested.. However..Jaws won't tell me whether "Media" is checked or unchecked! But I hit the spacebar anyway, went back to Bill Sparks's site, dialed into WSM..and got the same result; that darned Explorer insists on playing the stream! Hope I've made myself clear here; I want the regular "Windows media" player to play the stream, so I can adjust the volume with the commands that are supplied in Windows Media Player. Tom Kaufman
