I don't have the cd... I bought it on line. Are you sure I can uninstall everything accept the burning program and smart start without affecting the operation of the program?

You don't have to install the 6 parts of the package, just the first two, so just the Nero Burning Rom and the Smart Start, so unless you need them I'd just get rid of the other programs.
