Hi Bruce, First you left click your skype contacts list. Then, you right click on the particular contact that you wish to add to your speed dial. This will bring up a context menu where you then can arrow down an see the option to add contact to speed dial list You do this by assigning a number to your contact that you wish to add. The next time you wish to make contact with that person you just press that corresponding number and it will appear in you edit field.
