I had to return mine, because it sometimes just produced digital distortion when I recorded stuff with it. I heard of other people who have the same problem. To record classes, I'd use the Plextalk PTR1 or the ICD-MX20. If you want more info about the MX20, a couple of people have wrote about it heere recently, you should find these messages in the archive.
