Hey folks, I've been using wmp to rip my music collection onto an external drive, and for the most part I'm very happy with the process. However, on occasion I will rip a seemingly fine cd onto the drive, and when I listen to the ripped tracks, there will be a clicking or ticking sound of a sort, almost as if the disc might be skipping. This is perplexing when the disc, when originally played, went through its paces without a hitch. Any ideas on why this might be happening?
