Let me know if you need assistance. With Sonic Stage on your computer and your dvice connected and on, you'll first "activate" the player, by going to the Tools menu and following the promps in the Add Device item. Remember that after running the Add Device, you need to shut down Real Player and re-start it to enable the download. I don't think that's obvious from their instructions.
The Add Device stuff can be a little tricky, but tech support has been helpful in the past. Subject: Re: Sonic Stage Replacement? Hi, Clifford, thanks for the response. I have sonic stage 3.2 now, and I wasn't sure whether programs like windows media player or real player, which I have also tried to use before, would support this device. Using real player sounds real intriguing. I will check this out. I'll let you know if I have any luck with Real Player.
