-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi. I have two sound cards in this machine. One is an integrated SoundMax card which is part of my Asus main board. The second is a Sound Blaster Audigy. I use the Soundmax for the windows sounds, speech, etc while the Audigy is used for playing music and games. The problem I'm having is about twice a week the soundmax card will seem to go into a muted state. I can still hear the sounds and speech but have to turn the volume way up and even then it's barely heard. Only rebooting solves the problem. I check the volume controls with sndvol32 and all the sliders are set right, nothing have muted or moved from the setting I use.
