HI, check your batteries in the ipod shuffle?
I am not sure, not had any expierence with the ipods. This morning, I was transferring some files over to my shuffle, when anapod explorer froze. I had to shut it down via the task manager in order to make the window go away. Now, whenever I plug in my shuffle, the little windows sound plays, alerting me that a USB device has been plugged in. However, neither Anapod explorer nor ITunes nor the Ipod updater software recognizes the presence of the shuffle. I've tried reinstalling and updating all three pieces of software with no change in behavior. What else can I possibly do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
