Hello! Its a kind of auto repeater. Lets say that your audio card cant handle recording of internet audiostreams. Which my soundcard can not do. THen you use it to virtually connect a virtual audio card and then you can set goldwave to take the recording from the virtual audio card which seems to have a what you hear feature. But still you can listen to the stream. Instead of playing around with real cables.
