Hi Simon, I'm having this same problem with sapi 5 on this pc of mine as well and couldn't find any type of repair for it. Could you send me a copy of the patch as well? It may also solve another problem I'm having with my microphone as well because whatever's wrong with sapi seems to be affecting it as well. Thanks a lot man.
