I had the problem ever since I uninstalled the A T & T 1.3 voices I had to install 1.4. I should have just over wrote the 1.3 installation with 1.4 but did not. When I uninstalled 1.3 the problem you all have began on my machine. I thought with the installation of 1.4 it would fix, but no. I got narrator back though with another fix, (forgot which one) but not being able to choose another voice. I can choose it but when I attempt to leave the dialog box it comes up with that message.
