if you could please help i would very much appreciate it Ok I am not sure what is happening but this is what I do 1. Alt E 2. RIght arrow one time and down arrow to where it says Insert Tracks 3. I enter there. 4. When I tab one time it sometimes says "Insert Files Button to enter press space bar Alt F. 5. At times the Insert Files Button does not even show up. 6. When that happens I need to shift tab back once and up or down arrow then tab to get the Insert Files Button. 7. When I do that I can insert the files but they will not play. 8. For some strange reason the Shift Insert does not work for me when I use JAWS but it does work when using Window Eyes.
Is there some setting that I might have wrong? Does it make a difference if I am using a Demo?
