Hmm, when I went to http://www.foobar2000.org/, I saw a download link there. Are you having trouble downloading it from that location? I ask because this is the first link I see when I use Google.com, and I posted this in answer to your question a few days ago. Did you not get that message? I don't use FooBar2000 myself anymore, so there is a chance that that download link doesn't work.
