Yeah, just one problem:

The USB headphones can't be used in conjunction with stario mixer, what you 
hear, etc, so if you want to use that, you'll be out of luck. I'm using a 
pair of acoostic headphones with an attached mic, and they work just as 
good, if not better, than my USB pair made by the same company.

Now I'm glad you mentioned this as I'm about to receive a new pair of
Logitech Clear-Chat Pro headphones and I'll certainly be using those
with a sound editor or whatever, they're a USB 2.0 device and as far
as I know, they just function as a standard sound device or card does
when it comes to an audio editor, just direct your input and output of
the editor to the headphones and off you go, what could be more
convenient. I've heard the quality of these things and (given the fact
that they're worth about $40.00) the quality isn't too bad, very
acceptable for most audio work.
