You can use Adobe audition for this - it's not perfect but it does work 
quite well with a bit of time and adjusting. With Jaws only version 1.5 is 
fairly accessible. There is a program called Vocal Remover from Power 
Karaoke (I think that's the name of the provider) - you could google it - 
it's quite cheap at about 29 dollars, it is accessible, although you'll need 
to use the jaws cursor for some functions, but it's not as good as Audition. 
It works better on some tracks more than others - it's good to have both 
programs.
