Not really. The two file formats are not identical, although the bookmark file does contain a URL that Winamp can use as a playlist entry. The other line, the second line of the pair that make up a bookmark entry, is garbage to Winamp when parsing playlists. If I knew just a little more about where to find the URL or track filename, for that matter, of the currently playing element, a JAWS script could be written to add it to a playlist file of choice, I'm reasonably sure.
