Hi, I'm attempting to put songs on someones Ipod Shuffle 2nd gen. The computer keeps saying USB device not recognized. So, I tried connecting it to a wall charger for a little while; no go. I've also tried going to device manager and disabling "power USB if not in use, etc" and still nothing - restarted various times. Finally I downloaded and installed the ipod reset utility. Thing is, I have no idea how to use it, it says to click on the reset button, well its not letting me do that.
