I'm using JFW 11 and WMP 11, and I can check and uncheck the files in the list view to be ripped. I just use the space bar. The files are checked by default. When I hit the space bar, it unchecks the file I was on and moves to the next file. I can use the arrow keys to review what is and isn't checked.
