If you are using a windows computer are you using the safely remove hardware option before disconnecting the Zenstone? If you are using a mac are you ejecting the Zenstone before disconnecting it? In either case that's one reason that could be happening. On Feb 17, 2010, at 4:43 AM, Vicki wrote:
